The Air 4 building has high-level security features that go beyond typical industry standards. These features consist of sturdy 12-gauge materials, a 2-inch thick door, steel thresholds, and bullet hinges to enhance security. Furthermore, installation is made easier with pre-drilled tabs on the door. The Air 4 has protective features that include 5/8 inch tempered dual pane glass, Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping, and a bottom-mounted door sweep. These features can keep out drafts, insects, smoke, moisture, sound, light, and fire.
